How It Works?
1. The caller dials in using either the local or 800 phone number of the service provider
2. The VoIP gateway, with the assistance of the IVR server, will prompt the caller to enter the PIN (Calling Card or Account) number
3. Once the PIN is entered, the system will authenticate the caller, prompt the VoIP Gateway to announce the account balance to the caller, and invite the caller to dial the destination number
4. After the Destination number is entered, the system will calculate and make the Gateway play the maximum call duration to the caller. Once the call is completed, it will deduct the call charge from the caller's account balance.
